Where would we be without Agriculture? Naked and Hungry!
It was an honor to perform at the fine Steamboat Springs, CO Community Ag Alliance “Ag Week”.
The Multi-generational Allen and Daugenbaugh ranch families hosted me and our friends at Alpine Bank sponsored the trip. The Community Ag Alliance is exceptional in terms of organizing Ranchers, Nature Conservancy, and Governmental Agencies in preservation of Agriculture and open space in the Steamboat area.
I was also happy to perform for elderly folks at Casey’s Pond and Routt County Council on Aging “March For Meals” event.

Check out www.communityagalliance.org – The Community Agriculture Alliance in Steamboat Springs is an agricultural resource focusing on local food. We lead community, grow agriculture, and create alliance.
Also, I sure had fun spending the day at my friend’s ranch on the lower Elk River! I don’t get to do near enough fence fixing or cow chasing, so it’s always a treat to lend a hand. It’s especially fun when it’s such a great ranch and outfit! So a big thanks to the Daughenbaugh and Allen families.
